An AUS NZ WELI advisor is an individual of any gender who has achieved leadership position(s) in anaesthesia, pain medicine or other fields and who has a history of successful mentoring in their area of interest and expertise.
AUS NZ WELI strives to pair protégés with advisors who have similar interests, skills and goals. We will work to help establish advisor-protégé relationships in which the advisor’s strengths support the protégé’s career development goals. Some protégés may have different advisors for different goals, or for different stages of their careers.
Advisors will help to guide protégés based on their own expertise and experiences.
