AUSNZ WELI Credo

 We have a shared purpose to empower, uplift and support women and gender diverse people on their leadership journey.

We lead by example with professionalism, integrity and maintaining each other’s confidentiality.  We communicate respectfully, are open to expressing our views and we see conflict as an opportunity for growth.

We respect the time and commitment that others have put into this group.  We recognise that everybody wants to be here, and we accept with flexibility that others may have competing interests.

We will aim to attend at least 75% of these sessions with our cameras on and accept that recordings of our sessions will not be made available afterwards.     

Book Clubs

We invite you to join our upcoming member only Book Clubs. 

Together, we’ve shaped a program that is accessible for as many protégés and advisors as possible, balanced in its preparation requirements, and focused on delivering key messages while creating space to expand networks and strengthen connections.
 
This has been an iterative, collaborative process, and we’re committed to continuing to evolve the program in response to the needs of our members.
